Un terrible accidente industrial cambia para siempre la vida de la pequeña Dinki. Ahora, el destino de Dinki puede que penda de las alas de su excéntrico amigo Birdboy, un desarraigado e introvertido chico pájaro que se oculta en el bosque abandonado a sus fantasías.

Arrugas narra la amistad entre Emilio y Miguel, dos ancianos recluidos en un geriátrico. Emilio, que acaba de llegar a la residencia en un estado inicial de Alzheimer será ayudado por Miguel y otros compañeros para no acabar en la planta superior de la residencia, el temido piso de los asistidos que es como llaman allí a los desahuciados. Su alocado plan tiñe de comedia y ternura el tedioso día a día de la residencia porque aunque para muchos sus vidas habían acabado, ellos acababan de empezar una nueva.
Arrugas chronicles the friendship between Emilio and Miguel, two old confined in a nursing home. Emilio, who just arrived at the residence in a Alzheimer's initial state, will be assisted by Miguel and other partners to not finish in the top floor of the residence, the dreaded floor of the assisted, that is how they call the hopeless. Their wacky plan tinges with comedy and tenderness the tedious day to day in the residence, because although for many their lives were over, they had just started a new one.
